A popular shopping village

With a range of independent shops, Magdalen Road is located less that a mile away from the Exeter city centre within the coveted St Leonards area. It has a variety of shops that include a baker, a fishmonger, a florist, and a delicatessen. For a number of years this well liked street has also held a Christmas fair. Its closes the road to traffic, fills it with festivities and features many of street's local independent shops offering their wares of gifts, food, and drink. Exeter Magdalen Road

If coming from the city centre, Magdalen Road begins just across from the Exeter Law Court. It inclines slowly, passing its shopping area towards the beginning of the road and then slopes further all the way up to Fore Street, Heavitree - another of the Exeter shopping areas. Magdalen Road also benefits from having a car park that's ideally placed for the city centre too.
